Our weekend in pictures…

http://serezin-du-rhone.fr/pifpaxys/3580 Well this weekend has been filled with sleepless nights and visits to the walk in centre! Rory is currently suffering from an angry strain of man flu and we’ve all been made to feel his pain!

http://blossomjar.com/pacinity/920 We spent our Saturday doing a spot of shopping. It’s not something we do very often because Ryan is the worst shopper imaginable. It took him around four hours to choose one pair of jeans, a pair of trousers and a couple of new tops. On the bright side I managed to pick up some new recipe books. I was super excited to spot one based entirely on avocados! I LOVE AVOCADOS!

How can i make money in my home Once home I cooked us some seafood linguine, then settled down with my presecco to watch the X-Factor. Clearly Rory had other plans because it took us over four hours to settle him back to sleep. Guess the presecco will have to wait for next weekend! (haha, who am I kidding!)

Sunday:

With Rory feeling slightly better we enjoyed a lazy Sunday morning at home. Ryan decided to build a pillow fort in the lounge. To his disappointment Rory was reluctant to join him in his little hideaway, he was much happier to play outside!

Like most Sundays we headed over to Ryan’s parents for Sunday lunch. Another weekend tradition in our house is that Ryan dresses the baby on Sundays. This usually results in Rory either wearing clothes which are too big/too small, or leaving the house like an advertisement of JD sports. He may look chavy, but you know he’s the cutest chav baby you’ve ever seen!

Thanks for checking out our weekend highlights, we hope everyone had a brilliant weekend! Here’s to the start of a new week! Oh and happy October!!!

Awww, I love his little ‘chav’ look! What an adorable face 🙂 Also, who knew you could get cookbooks just for avocados. Hope you get an evening to try it out! #MarvMondays

Before I read what you’d written about Rory looking chavvy in his outfit, I looked at that picture and thought he looked totally adorable!! That beany really suits him!! I was very curious about your avocado cook book! I like avocado, but couldn’t believe that someone could write an entire cookbook based solely on them?! Your linguini looked pretty impressive too!! I think I’m going to have to switch the X Factor off after the weekend’s debacle…! I mean, seriously Sharon and Louis???!

Super cute pic of Rory on Sunday. He is definitely the cutest little walking advert for JD Sports 😉 Love the idea of a weekend in pictures update! Thanks for sharing it on #MarvMondays. Emily
