If you follow me on Instagram then no doubt you already know what we got up to at the weekend. You could say that Ryan and I had a dirty weekend away. But that would just be silly, we’re parents! What actually happened is we went to York for the night, ate a stupendous amount of food, drank a few too many cocktails and fell into bed at 11pm. We certainly didn’t paint the town red but a good night was had and it was brilliant to spend some quality time with my one and only.
Now that’s enough about me, as always it’s time to introduce this week’s http://lycheeonline.nl/fimore/pifre/5717 New Blogger on the Block.
This series is all about showcasing the fantastic new talent on offer in the blogosphere. Each week I’ll be handing over the floor to my guest blogger as we get to know them a little better. This week it’s all about Neelam from http://bossons-fute.fr/?fimerois=me-rencontrer-anglais&1be=d8 Shee Wears Colour.
follow Please take a minute to introduce yourself and your blog.
I’m Neelam, a fashion blogger from London. I started ‘Shee Wears Colour’ because I want to inspire people to feel confident in their colour choices, wearing different colours, experimenting with colour and coming out of their comfort zone. More importantly, I want to show people that it’s okay to be you and not fit in. You’re probably thinking why ‘Shee’ has a double ‘ee’ – well the word is taken from the first four letters of my surname and adds a personal touch to the name.

Colour inspires me whereever I travel. I love experimenting with colours and have always noticed that I always stuck out like a sore thumb with my choice of bold colours. I want to inspire people to wear whatever they like and feel confident regardless of the looks that they might receive. What i love about fashion there are no rules – so be you and rock it!
http://www.backclinicinc.com/?jixer=conto-demo-option-time&be0=48 What’s your biggest blogging achievement so far?
My biggest achievement so far is getting the blog off the ground and staying true to myself. I’ve enjoyed getting to know fellow bloggers and everyone has been so lovely! 🙂
watch Is there a particular blogger who you look up to?
Susie Lau – I love her quirky style and she’s not afraid to push the boundaries.
follow link Which one of your posts are you most proud of?
‘It’s okay to be you‘ – I explain where my love for colour all started and why I have emphasised on colourful clothing. I realised when growing up that it’s okay to be you rather than being something you’re not or imitating someone else. My colourful style may not be everyone’s cup of tea but that’s fine, as I’m staying true to my own style. More importantly wear whatever you like – different is good. It makes you unique.
go to link Where do you see your blog in 5 years?
I just hope in 5 years time that people still enjoy reading my content and feel inspired.
http://fgsk.de/?kraevid=anyoption-demokonto&34a=95 Random Question – What came first, chicken or the egg?
There are two main reasons I could never be a fashion blogger. The first is that nobody takes style tips from someone who has toothpaste on their shoulder and wears odd socks! The second is that my style is plain. Like dry bread or beige walls. I’m a big lover of an oversized t-shirt, my scruffy skinny jeans and a pair of old converse. One glance at Neelam’s blog made me want to ditch the grey and run to the nearest Topshop waving my credit card like a golden ticket. She’s a colourful burst of inspirational passion and her Instagram is my new guilty pleasure!
