see url This tag is all about bedtime. I’m fortune to own a child who loves his sleep *touch wood*. It’s something that I may have come accustomed to but it’s not something which I will never take for granted!
1. Describe your usual bedtime routine.
follow link After dinner we have a quiet wind down and usually start our bedtime routine around 6pm. Most nights begin with Rory’s bath. He loves the water so we’ll usually spend at least 20 minutes having a wash and splashing around. Once he’s clean, we dry his hair and pop him in a fresh sleep suit. Now that he’s able to hold his own bottle I pop him in his cot so he can drink his milk. This allows me a little time to tidy the bathroom and hang the towels to dry. After drinking his milk I sing twinkle twinkle to him. It’s our sleep cue so he knows it’s time to go to sleep. It’s effective most nights as he’s quite happy to settle himself to sleep without much complaint.
2. What are your favourite pyjamas?
kuba partnersuche I wouldn’t really say I have a favourite pair. The majority of my pyjamas are Ryan’s old T-shirts and the ones which are actually PJ’s don’t come in matching pairs!

keppra price in france As I write this post the time is currently 12:30am. So my bedtime is pretty late and I wake up whenever Rory does. Thankfully this isn’t usually until 8:30am. I have been known to set my alarm for 6am to join my favourite How To Get Cytotec Prescription in Glendale California linky much to Ryan’s disapproval. Of course all this will change once I go back to work in just under a month’s time!!!
7. What are your top three bedtime products?
Ask me this question 3 years ago and I could have given you a list as long as my arm. Now I just brush my teeth, remove what’s left of my makeup – if I had time to apply any – with a baby wipe and jump in bed. Who has time to cleanse, tone and moisturise!
8. What is your most common sleeping
I’ve always slept on my stomach which was the cause of many sleepless nights while I was pregnant with Rory.
